I bought it so that I can make the beautiful hexagon blanket that's being crocheted by a lot of people in blog land. The book has lots of other lovely patterns too.
Incidentally, the granny rug the book is sitting on is one I found in St Vincent de Paul's last summer...and the crocheted object behind it is a little buttonhole bag that I am going to felt.

Oh no, I should have known that in advance ;) I have broken "the code" and have drawn my own pattern for the hexagons ;)
Is it great? the book. Are there other great stuff in it?
Cheers from Denmark!
Hi tina!
Thanks so much for dropping by. I love getting comments from far away places. =]
You've drawn your own pattern? I think you're clever! Having said that, it is a great book. It has patterns for scarves, stoles, bags, pincushions, pillows, a shrug, coasters... Some of the patterns are really simple, some are more complex, all of them are sweet. I'm glad that I have this book in my library.
Golly, those are gorgeous! Gonna have to consider making one of those for me after I finish the ripple.
Hi Brandy. It's a great flickr group, isn't it?
